Chief Financial Officer​

The Neffs National Bank is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the accounting, audit, compliance, accounts payable, and human resources operations and administration of the bank to ensure smooth and efficient function. He/she will prepare and present various financial reports and budget to executive management and board of directors. The CFO will coordinate internal and external audits and oversee the vendor management process. The individual implements judgement, vision, management and leadership to help execute the long-term and short-term plans of the bank. At least 10 years’ accounting/finance/audit experience and at least 5 years’ related management experience required. Consumer Loan Officer​

The Neffs National Bank is seeking a Consumer Loan Officer. The Retail Lenders/Officers acquire new consumer customers, analyzes customer financials, prepares required loan documents and makes/recommends credit decisions. Retail Lenders/Officers obtain necessary financial documents, follow up on delinquent accounts and assist others in the loan department as needed. All Retail Lenders serve on the Loan Review Committee and other committees as necessary. Knowledge of retail lending, including mortgages and lending regulations, with a minimum of 5 years lending experience is required. Basic understanding of commercial lending a plus.
