Making deposits to your account is now as easy as taking a selfie! Mobile Deposit can be accessed through The Neffs National Bank goDough® Mobile App. Anytime – Anywhere!

Mobile Deposit Enrollment Instructions

  • Open The Neffs National Bank goDough App

  • Log in using your NetTeller ID and Password

  • Tap on the Menu button in the top left-hand corner

  • Tap Mobile Deposit

  • Enter your First Name, Last Name, confirm Email address and tap Continue

  • A list of your NetTeller Accounts will appear

  • Select ALL accounts with which you plan to deposit and tap Done

  • Tap ‘I Agree’ to the Terms & Conditions

  • A Confirmation Screen will appear detailing the daily and monthly limits

  • Tap OK

You are now ready to make your first Mobile Deposit!

How to Submit a Mobile Deposit

  • Open The Neffs National Bank goDough App

  • Log in using your NetTeller ID and Password

  • Tap on the Menu button in the top left-hand corner

  • Tap Mobile Deposit

  • Tap Deposit a Check

  • Tap Check Front

    • For iPhone users, a message will pop up stating “goDough would like to access your camera” -- tap OK

  • Take a photo of the front of the check

    • Tap Use if photo is clear and legible

    • Tap Retake if image is blurry

  • Tap Check Back

  • Take a photo of the back of the check

    • Tap Use if photo is clear and legible

    • Tap Retake if image is blurry

  • Enter the Check Amount

  • Select the account you wish to deposit the funds

  • Tap Deposit

  • A confirmation message will appear

    • Deposits made and accepted before 2:00 pm on a business day we are open will be available that same day. Deposits made after 2:00 pm will be made available on the next business day.

  • If you would like to Review your Mobile Deposits, simply tap on Mobile Deposit > Review Deposits > tap on the deposit you would like to review
